“Banmai” is a small community in Bangkorlaem District, Bangkok, where our first shop was established in early 1977. At the beginning, we provided basic service to mostly motorcycle, passenger cars, and small truck. Not only repairing and changing tires, but we also distribute common equipment for other tire shops.
In 1985, it was a beginning of making metal wheels under brand name “CY”. At that time, it was a new fashion for automotive industry in Thailand.
15 years later (1992), we had moved to a bigger place due to growing business. At new place, we can offer full-range service including wheel balancing, alignment, tires, wheels, suspension, and etc. (so called “The biggest on Charoennakorn Rd.).
In 1995, there was a big flood in Bangkok but it was the year that we introduced our first alloy wheel under brand name
“ ”. We received very warm welcome from our customers. We distributed over 1,000 pieces in 10 days. Later, we introduced a lot more models to the market. We did a lot of promotional activities including advertisement in magazines, sponsorship for racer, rally, and etc.
One year later, we also opened new office and warehouse to mainly handle wholesale business. Either, we were assigned to be an official dealer from many well-known tire importers, or import directly throughout the world.
Year 2005, it had been 10 years since our first “ ” sport wheel. We took this great opportunity to launch a Limited Edition, B-10 (B-10th Anniversary, Decennial Edition), to appreciate all valuable customers.
